Ryan Johnson
Athletic Director | Indian Rocks Christian School
Ryan Johnson serves as the Athletic Director at Indian Rocks Christian School, where he leads the Eagles athletic program with a focus on competitive excellence, student-athlete development, and Christ-centered leadership.
Since joining IRCS, Ryan has overseen the addition of two new varsity sports programs, implemented impactful student culture initiatives, and helped lead the Eagles to over 30 team championships in just two years. His vision continues to shape an athletic department where excellence on the field is matched by character, faith, and community off of it.
Prior to IRCS, Ryan spent seven years as the Associate Athletic Director at The King’s Academy (TKA) in West Palm Beach, helping guide one of South Florida’s premier private school athletic programs.
A Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) with a Master of Business Administration, Ryan understands the transformational power of sports. As a former walk-on for the University of Central Florida (UCF) Men’s Tennis team, he competed for two seasons at the collegiate level — an experience that still informs his leadership philosophy today.
Ryan is currently furthering his faith and worldview development through the Colson Fellows Program with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview, equipping him to invest in student-athletes and coaches as leaders of influence both on and off the field.
